Belated

My birthday was a few weeks ago and I just wanted to share my amazing birthday cupcakes that my sister had ordered for me.  We've always talked about doing a Chanel themed birthday for my big 30 and she really out did herself.  I still am completely in awe and in shock of what she did.  

I also got a miniature of the graphic Chanel purse that I just got.  Unbelievable.  I am trying to figure out how to turn the fondant into a magnet.  Right now the topper is sitting in my freezer.

As for my birthday dinner outfit I went with Isabel Marant.  Since I was celebrating in Hawaii I thought her current Hawaiian themed collection was perfect.  I am wearing the embroidered one shoulder top (get it here) with the Meriel shorts.  I originally wanted the Natacha dress, but I thought the two piece was a better choice and I can wear it separately which the shorts has become a recent staple in my closet (see other outfits with the shorts here and here).

This was my dinner out on Friday.  I wanted to play with mixing prints and patterns.  The leopard print skirt paired with the checkered slingbacks just the solution to my pattern play.  Its a bit whimsical especially with the vinyl Chanel clutch.

A Hot Day

Temperatures are rising and hems are getting shorter.  Its almost summer time.  I wore these shorts out today.  I first wore them for my birthday a week ago.  I am all about fun summer shorts this season.  Runner shorts and cute printed ones are a must for this summer.  I picked up these awesome Dior sandals in Hawaii at the Dior boutique.  It is the perfect nude sandals.  I am obsessed with them.
